The place had a cozy common area where I connected with other travelers, and I loved having access to the fridge for my own meals. Enjoying the sun terrace and the chill TV room helped me unwind after a day of exploring. The only downside was that one shower wasn’t working, but it was a minor hiccup. Definitely recommend checking it out! 😊

Solo traveler good for a night

The staff were solid and went out of their way to help me out. One of the employees even gave me the inside scoop on some local spots, made my night much better than just staying within the hostel walls.

It wasn't cheap, but the rates were still reasonable for what you get.

The breakfast pancakes were delicious and a hit with the kids! The comfortable beds in our dorm allowed us to get restful nights, and the location was perfect for exploring all the sights in DC. The staff were cute and helpful.

Comfortable mattress, delicious breakfast, the mattress is soooo comfortable, it feels like you're sleeping on clouds, perfect for a long day walking around the city's monuments and museums, and the pancakes for breakfast are also delicious! The hostel is conveniently located just 6 km from the nearest airport.

Duo nomad was fantastic! The chocolate pancakes for breakfast were delicious. The beds were super comfortable, and the terrace was great for socializing. Plus, the staff welcomed me right away when I arrived. Clean toilets and fair temperature showers.

It was just an excellent fit for a couple of nights in Washington with high value for money. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, just coffee and pancakes every morning. Bring your flip-flops for the bathrooms if you decide to stay!

Rooms pack in too much, leaving very little personal space with a shared dorm setup. The restroom situation could use a lock, especially in mixed dorms for some added privacy. Noise from neighboring buildings carries too easily at night that if you're an early riser. Plus, those mosquitoes buzz around, and a little lavender spray could go a long way to tackle them.
